Telephone AssessmentsGregory James will provide a telephone
consultation only where a person is living outside of the Greater
Toronto Area and the person has completed the assessment form listed
above. There is a fee for a telephone consultation of this kind. This
kind of consultation must be scheduled in advance.
If you choose to hire Gregory James, the consultation fee will be put toward the fee for legal services. Gregory James does not otherwise provide consultations or advice over the telephone. Immigration is a serious matter. It is important that any assessment or advice be based on a proper understanding of the circumstances. It takes time to share the information required. Otherwise there is risk of an error, and errors can have serious consequences. It is not reliable to provide a assessment or advice based only on a short telephone conversation.
Office consultationsGregory
James provides personal consultations at his two office locations. This
is the most effective and reliable way to have an assessment done of
all of your circumstances, and to review all of your options. There is
a fee for an office consultation. If you choose to hire Gregory James
to provide you with legal services, the consultation fee will be put
toward the fee for these services.
